What is the remunerative treatment in this

National Non-Working Holiday?

Hereafter, the 3 scenarios that could be presented in the various work centers:

Scenario No. 01: Employee rests for the holiday.

Salaries: 1 Remuneration.

Remunerative Treatment: 1 Daily remuneration for the Non-Working Holiday.

 

Scenario No. 02: Employee works and compensates with rest.

Salaries: 2 Remuneration.

Remunerative Treatment: 1 Daily remuneration for the Non-Working Holiday.

1 Remuneration for the work performed (already included in the worker's usual remuneration).

 

Scenario No. 03: Employee works and does not compensate with rest.

Remuneraciones: 3 Remunerations.

Tratamiento Remunerativo: 1 Daily remuneration for the Non-Working Holiday.

1 Remuneration for the work performed (already included in the worker's usual remuneration).
