Companies that hire Venezuelan citizens must respect limiting percentages as per Peruvian Labor Law.

Venezuelans with the Temporary Permit of Permanence (PTP) or the Extraordinary-Provisional Work Permit Act may work in a dependent manner in Peru.
The Peruvian Ministry of Labor and Employment Promotion (MTPE) issued a statement reminding employers to hire Venezuelan personnel who must respect compliance with the limiting percentages established by Peruvian laws.
What are these limiting percentages?
It is 20% of the total of workers of their respective payroll and 30% of the total remunerations.
The MTPE recalled that these percentages will be verified by the inspectors of the National Superintendency of Labor Inspection (Sunafil).
Likewise, he recalled that Venezuelan citizens who have the Temporary Permit of Permanence (PTP) or the Extraordinary-Provisional Work Permit Act can work in a dependent manner without having to carry out the contract procedure for foreign personnel or any additional procedure before the MTPE.
Finally, the entity emphasized that Venezuelan citizens who have the status of refugee claimants are exempt from performing the contract procedure for foreign personnel, as well.
